Making Explain a part of the workflow❔

The ‘Explain’ features shows why a record matches your search criteria. Until very recently, this used to be a separate workflow where you would have to click on Explain (rather than View). We’ve merged the Explain feature into the standard View page so it’s clearer why a record is in your search results.

How does it work?

The Explain feature is toggled on by default but can be toggled off using the Explain button under the actions list. Below is a screenshot that shows the Explain function in action. The keyword used in this example was 'coffee' with a Region of 'United Kingdom'.
