Shortlists made easier (and more!)

We’ve introduced a number of improvements to make searching, managing Shortlists and exploring Market Analysis quicker and easier.

More Flexible Buyer Searches

You can now exclude specific buyers from a search without first having to specify a buyer to include.

This gives you greater flexibility when creating Profiles and searches where you want to search broadly but exclude particular organisations.

Clearer Search Syntax Errors

We’ve made it easier to identify syntax problems when creating or editing searches and Profiles.

If a search contains invalid syntax - such as an unclosed group or incorrectly positioned commas - the issue will now be surfaced more clearly, helping you identify and correct problems within longer or more complex searches.

Manage Shortlists in Bulk

Managing larger Shortlists is now much quicker.

You can select multiple records and perform common actions in bulk, including adding, moving and deleting records, reducing the number of individual actions needed to organise your Shortlists.

Faster Market Analysis

We’ve made targeted performance improvements to the Buyers and Competitors areas of Market Analysis.

The improvement will be most noticeable on some larger searches, particularly those using Regions, helping you access and explore Market Analysis results more quickly.
